📋 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on the 777bit platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You have not previously had an account suspended, closed, or terminated by 777bit for breach of these Terms.

👤 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep that information current at all times. 777bit reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the identity, age, address, or payment method of any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals where fraud is suspected.

🔑 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777bit support immediately at [email protected]. 777bit will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security.

🚫 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one active account on the 777bit platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, 777bit reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Promotional bonuses obtained via duplicate accounts will be forfeited without exception.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 777bit account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777bit does not impose a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. ❌ Prohibited Transactions

The following transactions are strictly prohibited on the 777bit platform:

• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any unlawful source.

• Depositing from a payment account registered in another person's name.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without first exhausting the 777bit dispute resolution process.

Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

📉 Platform Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bit's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any product or service provided — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

🌐 No Liability for External Factors

💼 Player Responsibility for Losses

777bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, account balances may be withheld pending investigation and relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities.

🟢 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 777bit support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigations will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts under active bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure may have the bonus balance removed before withdrawal of the remaining real-money funds.

📝 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777bit with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

✂️ Severability
